Some Fine Ribbons.
Bert Brenner, the energetic secretary of the Rensselaer Poultry Association, has procured for special prizes for the poultry show next week a large number of fancy ribbons from the national associations of various breeds. The ribbons are on display at Long’s drug store, and are attcactlng much attention. The poultry show is next week and will be worth the attention of every person. Town people should see the exhibit, for it will be both entertaining and instructive. Country people should see it, for the reason that it is educative in a line that they need. And the baby show feature will deserve the approval of all. As Secretary Brenner puts it, “enter a baby; if you haven’t one of your own, borrow one." The show will last all week at the armonry.
