Yeuell Meetings Start Off Well.
Revival services were begun Sunday at the Christian church under the management of Herbert Yeuell of Washington, D. C.- The splendid audience, both morning and evening, that greeted the evangelist were not long in getting acquainted with him and soon found themselves catching the spirit of evangelism. His sermons were exceptionally good. In the morning his theme was “Praying and Working for Souls'* and in the evening “The Gospel that Saves the Lost" In both sermons he emphasized the importance of Christian unity in present day evangelism. He extended an invitation to all the ministers and Christian people of the town to come into the meetings and expressed the hope that all churches might be greatly blessed because of them. Rev. Yeuell has a large heart, a liberal theology, an attractive personality and a passion for souls. You should hear him and the large chorus every night at the Christian church.
