"Did You Hear About Our Twins?”

Chas. Parker, assistant manager of the local Standard Oil agency, is tbe father of a pair of very interesting twin babies now about two years of age. He has other older children and one of them is a boy of about 12 years. A citizen was going up street the other day when he was addressed by the Parker boy thus: "Mister, did you hear about our twins?” When answered negatively, the boy continued laughing in great glee, “Why, one of them was sick, and mama got a pink wafer from the doctor, and she laid it on the dresser and the well baby got It and ate it, and I’m going down after another wafer.” Evidently the walfer did not hurt the well baby and the other one made the sick one well, for they are both able to be taken out for dally walks. It was a Joke on the well baby and on the sick one and on the brother who had to make a trip down town for more medicine, and tbe citizen Joined with the boy in a hearty laugh.
