City Council Meeting.

The city council held its regular bi-weekly meeting Monday night, with all members of the council present. The preliminary assessments on the South Vanßensselaer and Scott and Division streets were confirmed subject to revision should the council deem proper after looking the work over with the contractors and the city marshal and city engineer. These officials reviewed the work and the property this Tuesday morning. The treasurer’s report shows: The amount of water fund on hand was $1,764.04 Corporation fund, overdrawn. 319.94 Electric light fund 2,344.17 Road fund, overdrawn 137.62 A grist of billß were allowed.
