And it is alleged in said petition that certain lands owned by you in Jasper County, Indiana, and in White County, Indiana, and fully described in said petition will be affected by the drainage prayed for in said petition. You are further notified that said petition is now pending in said White Circuit Court of Indiana, and that the same has been set for hearing and docketing, and will be heard and docketed in said Court on the Bth day of February, 1909.
