Hand et al are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of three thousand six hundred and thirteen dollars and eighty-four cents, ($3,613.84) with interest on said decree and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on SATURDAY, THE sth DAY .OP *. DECEMBER, 1908, between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M. of said day, at the door of the Court House of said Jasper County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described Real Estate, to-wit: The northeast quarter (%) of sec- 1 - tion - two (2) township thirty-one (31) north range six (6) west, containing 150.73 acres. Also the northeast quarter (%) of the southeast quarter (%) of section two (2) in township thirty-one (31) north, range six (6) west, containing 40 acres, all in Jasper county, Indiana.
