Payne is plaintiff and Joseph F. Grouns, Julia E. Grotms, h s wife, John Faissler and Mrs. Falssler, bis wife, are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of three hundr.d and one dollars, (1301.00), with interest on said decree and costs, I will expose at public sale, to the highest bidder, on SATURDAY, THE sth DAY OF .J. - DECEMBER, 1908, .between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P.
