Bill Moves Slow.

There is pending in the French Parliament a bill providing for oldage pensions to railroad work people. This bill was Introduced 10 years ago, and five years ago was submitted to the President of the Senate. In order to hurry him up a little on June 8 last 400.000 postcards were addressed to him by as many railroad men in all parts of France asking his early attention to the matter.
