The quality is good and the quantity gen- . erous. , The contractors have renewed work on the Gillam gravel road and we nope to see it completed this fall. Before any persons decides to vote against James E. Watson and the republican county option proposition, they should line *up and read from top to bottom one of ihi big po t rs that tahe brewers have had pooled here in Rensselaer.. The sincere temperance man can not afford to let the brewers run the s'aie of Indiana, and their effort to do it should have a speedy and positive rebuff. And temperance people know that county option means the destruction of many saloons and they will surely help to do it A vote for Watson will aid in the good work.
