City Council Proceedings.

The city council held a short meeting Monday evening. The contract for the College Ave. sidewalk was let to August Seifert at 6 cents per foot. The city attorney was instructed to submit a legal opinion on whether the street committee or sewer committee shall have jurisdiction over catch basisn. A petition of James A.
