NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FQB SIDEWALK ON CEDAR STREET. Notice Is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Ind., at a regular meeting thereof, held on Sept. 14, 1908, passed and adopted a resolution for a cement sidewalk along the following route to-wit: On the north side of Cedar street from Milton street to and intersecting Division street walk except where said walk is already built. * Notice Is hereby given that the Common Connell will meet at the Council Chamber in the Court House, at 8 o’clock p. m., on the 12th day of October, 1908, at which time and place all persons whose property will be affected by the construction of said walk may be beard as to the necessity for the same.
