Failed On Final Physical Test

Livingston Roas returned last Friday from Annapolis, Md., where he had gone to take his final physical examination for admission as a cadet in the United States academy to which he had been appointed. He had spent considerable time in the preparatory school at Annapolis and had successfully passed the mental examinations, but when the physical examination occurred he was unable to pass it. He was all right in all respects but a defect of the eye sight He came home for a month with the hope that treatment would correct this error,but when he again appeared before the examining board last week he was still unable to pass the rigid test Imposed and this fact bars him from admission. ,
