Funeral of Mrs. George Sharp.

The funeral of Mrs. George W. Sharp was conducted at the Christian church this Thursday morning, and : was attended by a great many friends and acquaintances of the unfortunate woman. The remains were brought through from Indianapolis Wednesday afternoon, reaching here at 6:32 in the evening, and wbre taken to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Rishling, who were with Mrs. Sharp when the accident that resulted in her death occurred. The remains were accompanied here by her husband, her brother Chas. Hulce, and her sister, Mrs. Emma McCurdy, of Indianapolis, her sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Alex. Flatt, of Buffalo, and her sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Irven Miller, of Denver, Ind., Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Robertson, of Fowler, and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Sharp, came over from there in an automobilue.

This morning Mr. Sharp called up the St. Vincent hospital to inquire about the condition of his little son, George, who has been unconscious since his Injury occurred Sunday evening. The answer was that the little fellow was worse and there was small chance for his recovery. He had suffered a fracture of the skull and probably sustained internal injuries. In the hope that he would get

tack before the end came Mr. Sharp left here this afternoon at 2:01 o’clock.

The other little son, Harold, who was in the mother’s arms when the car struck her, was not seriously injured, but was not brought here, being left with friends at Indianapolis.
