The sheriff of Jasper Coqnty, the sheriff of White Cbuntyi the sheriff of Newton County, and the sheriff of Starke County is each, therefore, now hereby commanded to give ten days’ notice of the time and places Where* said election shall be held by publication and such other notice as the law of the State of Indiana governing such elections rteqiiirtes. Such notice shall be addressed to the qualified electors of each of said respective counties, stating the time and places in each of said respective counties where polls will be open for the election of such Senator to fill the vacancy aforesaid, and which said election shall be in all respects governed by the provisions regulating general election§, where the samfe shall be applicable, and, where the provisions regulating such general elections are not applicable, by the provisions regulating special elections.
