John W. Kern’s Plans.

John W. Kern, democratic candidate for vice-president, probably will make an extensive speaking tour of the East. The national committee is now arranging an itinerary which will embrace a number of eastern points. It is likely that Mr. Kern’s headquarters for about a week will be in the city of Baltimore.
