The Wiens lost their game at Brook Sunday by the score of 8 to 7. It was the first game the Wrens had had for two weeks and they were not in the very bfist form, but Swartzell pitched masterful ball until the latter ' i part of the 9th, when the Newton .county boys connected with the ball | and brought their score up from 4 to 18.
