NOTICE TO NON-RESIDENTS. The State of Indiana, Jasper County In the Jasper Circuit Court, September Term, 1908. Alice W. Payne, vs. Joseph Grouna, Julia Grouns his wife, John Faissler and Mrs. Faissler. Complaint No. 7349. Now come the plaintiffs, by A. HHopkins their attorney, and file their complaint herein, together with an affidavits that the defendants, Joseph Grouns, Julia E. Grouns, his wife, John Faissler and Mrs. Faissler his wife are not residents of the state of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants, that unless they be and appear on the 19th day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden on the 2d Monday of September A. D., 1908, at the Court House, in Rensselaer in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard: and determined in their absence.
