Sheridan’s Enterprise.

The surroundings of the Monon station at Sheridan were uninviting. The grounds about the station were much of the time a sea of mud. The town and the Monon people got together. The Monon people furnished free all the material needed and the citizens donated labor and teams and transferred it to the streets and grounds. Sheridan now has a station and streets adjacent which appeal to strangers. 1 * The Monon station grounds at Rensselaer should be improved. lit trie company can not or will not the city should undertake to do so. Let the city and company agree on somg course that* will reshlt in beautifying the grounds and approaches to the station.
