Drake, Albert Warneer, Joseph Stewart’, Arthur Parcels, W. C. Fulk, Robert Jordan, Arthur Stewart, George Stalker, Mar; B. Ellis, Hanging Grove Civil Township by Washington Cook, Trustee, J. G. Hobart and Edna A. Hobart; husband and wife, that George M. Kime and others on August 12, 1908, filed with me as Auditor of Jasper County, Ind., their petition for the location of a public highway on the following described route, to-wit: Commencing at the south east corner of section twenty-four (24), township twenty-nine (29) north, range five (5) west in Hanging Grove townships, Jasper county, Indiana, and from Jthence on the section line due west one and one half miles, terminating in a public highway running north and south through section twen-ty-three (23) in said township and range and that said petition' will come up for hearing on the second day of the September Term of the Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, Indiana, being September 8, 1908. NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR SIDEWALK SCOTT STREET. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, lnd., at a regular meeting thereof held on the 10th day of August, 1908, passed and adopted a resolution for a cement sidewalk along the following route to-wit: Along the east side of Scott street In front or lots 7 and 10 in block 15 in Leopold's addition and in front of south Vt of lot 3 and lot 6 in said block 15. Notice is therefore hereby given that the Common Council of said City will meet at the Council Chamber in the court house in Rensselaer, lnd., on the 14th day of Sept. 1908, at 8:00 o’clock p. m. at which time and place all persons whose property may be affected by the construction of said proposed may be heard as to the necessity for the same and may file any objections.
