Should Remember the Carriers.

Patrons of rural routes should bear in mind that people employed In the service are not mind readers or mediums. They should make an effort to have mall come to them properly addressed. When you have company, strangers or vlslotrs, temporarily at your house who might; receive mall, promptly notify the carrier and postoffice in writing and give their names In fulL When they depart give similar notice. Poßtage cannot be evaded. See carrier as to weight, rate and classification. You should fully prepay all postage. Have your mail come addressed to your route and box number as well as your postoffice and state. Writs plainly. To avoid delay, provide yourself with stamped envelopes. Do not depened on others to mail your letters and lick your stamps. It Is your mall and you should be as careful of it as you expect tbe government employes to be.
