Will of Mrs. Cleveland Probated

The will of the late Mrs. Mary Cleveland was probated Wednesday, and it is provided that the property, both real and personal, shall go to her husband, A. W. Cleveland, who is named as executor and who is to have the power without bond to dispose of the property as he sees fit. No estimate of the property is made in the will and it is stated that no inventory is to be made. It is provided that any debts she may have had shall be paid by Mr. Cleveland without any order from the court. The will was made only a short time ago, and was witnessed by Chas. G. and Maud Spitler," T who have been friends of Mr. and Mrs. Cleveland for many years.
