Going to See Taft Notified.

County Treasurer Allman is in mceipt of a postal card from Postmaster W. E. Peck, at Remington to ths effect that he and a few others fro* that town are going to Cincinnati to see the ceremonies surrounding the notification of William Howard Taft that he has been nominated by tho republicans for president of tho United States. . Mr. Allman and others from Rensselaer are also thinking of going and it is probable this crowd of Jasper republicans will meet at Lafayette and make the trip together. Mr. Allman will be pleased to confer with any person who cares to make the trip.
