Lincoln Jenkins visited at Clyde Burris’ Saturday night Fine weather continues and farmers ©L*ad to see it Vilas Price called on his uncle, New ton Jenkins, Sunday, at George McElfresh’e. Alex. Hurley was the first farmer to thresh this year. He threshed his wheat last week. Clyde Burris and wife and daughter spent Sunday and Monday night with Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Price. Those calling on George McElfresh Sunday were Barney Kolhoff and family, Chris Morgenegg and wife and two children. Misses Lucy and Katie Morgenegg attended a birthday party at Korah Daniels’ Sunday in honor of Miss Bertha Daniels’ birthday. The dance at Barney Kolhoff’s Saturday night was well attended. A large crowd was present and everybody had an excellent time. If the weather stays good and not too much rain everybody will be done cutting oats for this year and the threshing machines will soon be heard in this locality.
