A Very Sweet Child.
A little babe with big blue eyes, The color of the azure skies, With dimpled chin and golden hair, And cheeks so rosy, sweet and fair, Came to our home the tenth of June, When roses fair were in full bloom. The hour that brought this love untold. More precious than Its weight in gold, Arrived at just twenty past three, When birds were singing merrily. In silvery notes of sweetest tune, To welcome children born In June. This is the month of nature’s choice, To make the heart of man rejoice. Because its beauty everywhere Fills all the earth with fragrance rare, And mother earth is also seen Attired in robe of brightest green. In field and dell and rippling brook, In every bower and shady nook, Nature is at its best. Both North and South, and East and West, Telling the people far and near, June is the best time of the year. Nine pounds in all is baby’s weight, Born in the year nineteen naught eight, In town of Woodstock, Illinois, Which has its share of many joys. But baby dear is one most rare, And shall be reared with greatest care,
We love this darling little miss, With rosy lips so sweet to kiss, We'll do for her what parents should, In training her for womanhood, And want to have her as she grows, To be the sweetest ever seen, And since the rose, as we all know, Is queen of all the flowers that grow, We’ll train this little fair queen, To be the sweetest eever seen, And thus will have our “Gwendo” fair A precious “Jewel” rich and rare.

This Is what Hon. Jake Moore, State Warden of Georgia says of Kodol for Dyspepsia; ”E. C. DoWltt & Co., 1 Chicago, Ill.—Dear Sirs—l have suffered more than twenty years from ] indigestion. About eighteen months ago I had grown so much worse that I could not digest a crust of coi n bread and could not retain anything on my stomach. I lost 25 lbs; in fact I made up my mind I could not live but a short time, when a friend of mine recommended Kodol. I con-! Rented to try it to please him and was better In one day. I now weigh more than I ever did in my life and am In better health than for many years. Kodol did it. I keep a bottle constantly, and write this hoping that humanity may be benefitted. Tours very truly. Jack C. Moore, Atlanta, Vtug. 10, 1904.” Sold by B. F. Fendlg.,
