Weather Flag Signals.

Following is an explanation of the weather flags which will be displayed at the college entrance to the public road: Square white flag, indicates fair weather, stationary temperature. Squre blue flag, indicates rain, or snow, stationary temperature. Square half white, half blue, indicates local rain or snow, stationary temperature. A triangular black flag above any of the square flags Indicates rising temperature, warmer. A triangular black flag below any of the square flags indicates colder. A square white flag, with small square In center, indicates cold wave.
