Another Rest in Ditch Case.

After the plaintiffs had their evidence all in in the Hobbs ditch case Wednesday, the court adjourned until Monday, July 13tb. This is the case that seeks to avoid the payment to the contractors, Yeoman ft Farmer, for the cleaning out of the Hobbs ditch. It is being beard before special judge Will Ishman, ol Fowler, and Attorney A. Halleck, of Rensselaer, and Emery Sellers and Judge Palmer, of Montlcello, are all employed In the case.
