Weather Flag Signals.

Following is an explanation of the weather flags which will be displayed cat the collage entrance to the public road: Square white flag, indicates fair weather, stationary temperature. Squre blue flag, indicates rain* or snow, stationary temperature. Square half white, half blue, Indicates local rain or snow, stationary temperature. 1 . A triangular black flag above any of the square flags indicates rising temperature, warmer. triangular black flag below any ofutys square flags indicates colder. A square white flag, with small square la center, indicates cold wave.
