between the hours of 10 o’clock a. In. hnd 4 o'clock p. m. of said day, at the door of the Court House of said Jasper County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following described Real Estate, to-wit: The south half (5.%) of the northeast quarter (neV4); the northeast quarter (ne%) of the northwest Quarter (nw%), and the Bouth half (8%) of the northwest quarter (nw44) In section five (5), township thirtyone (31), range seven (7) west, also the north half (n%) of the southeast Quarter (se%), the east half (eV4) of the southwest quarter and the southwest quarter (sw%) of the south west quarter (sw%) of section thirtytwo (32), township thirty-two (32), range seven (7) west, all in Jasper county, Indiana.

If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may be sufficient to discharge said decree, interest and costs.
