Poughkeepsie, N. Y.— Supreme Court Judge Joseph Morschauser today filed his decision in the case of Harry K. Thaw’s fight for freedom. The court holds that Thaw Is still Insane and not a fit person to be at liberty. In the decision the court also says that Thaw should be confined until it is certain that there will be no recurrence of Insanity In whatever form it may exist
