Noblesville, Ind. —Anna R. Tucker, the nfew department president of the Woman’s Relief Corps, has appointed Miss Ella Houke, of Carmel, department secretary. Miss Houke has served two terms as department secretary hnd one term as department president. She will remove to this city, so that she can be closely associated with Mrs. Tucker, Mrs. J. Durfee, of this city, has been appointed by Mrs. Tucker a member of the committee to visit the Soldiers and Sailors’ Orphans’ Home at Knightstown. The remaining two members will be chosen from other cities in the state.
