Gets Right-of Way.

Delphi Citizen: That the IndlanapoUs, Frankfort, Delphi and Chicago Traction company who is to build a line from Frankfort to this city, will have little or no trouble In securing the right-of-way even though It was necessary to go to court In some few cases, Is shown by the fact that Catharine Revis, Frank Hayne and Agnes MoDole against whom suits had been filed, have deeded the company the right-of-way through their property. The cases that have been filed In the court to condemn a right-of-way have been dismissed. In the cases filed against the Rossvllle Baptist church, J. J. and Alonzo Fisher for a right-of-way, the court hi named appraisers to asse-ss the damages and they will make their report to the court at an early date.
