BOARD OF REVIEW NOTICE. Notice is hereby given that the, County Board of Review will meet in J the room of the county commissioners in the court house, in Rensselaer, Indiana, on Monday, June Ist, 1908, (this being the first Monday of June), for the purpose of reviewing and equalizing assessments and. to correct any: list or valuation as they may deem proper. The Board will hear complaints of any owner of additional improvements on real estate and of personal property except "Railroad Track” and "Rolling Stock” of railroads; will equalize the valuation of property and taxables made subsequent to the proceeding first day of March and add and assess omitted property In all cases where derailed necessary. Sparling et al for Tile Drain. Cause No. Notice is hereby given to the St. Joseph College and to William W. Hartsell and to his heirs.executors administrators and assigns, that the undersigned have filed in the office of the Auditor tis Jasper County,’ Indiana, a petition, asking for the drainage of the following described real estate in said county and state, towit: The northeast quarter of section thirty-six (36), township twenty-nine (29) north, range seven (7) west. It is believed that said drainage can be best and most cheaply accomplished by a ditch and drain beginning at a point about sixty (60) rods south of the northwest corner of section thirty-one (31), township twenty-nine (29) north, range six (6) west, in JSsper county, Indiana, on the east side of a public highway, running north and south, and running thence west, (IV4) miles, and along the line of an existing private drain, to the Iroquois river, whore the same will have a good and sufficient outlet. ( You and each of you are further notified that your lands are described in said petition as being bepefited by said proposed drainage, and that said petition will be docketed for hearing in the commissioners’ court in the court house in Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, on the 7th day of July A. NOTICE OF DITCH LETTING. Notice is hereby given that a certain ditch known as the John J. Borntrager ditch, cause No. 6147, of the Commissioners' Court of Jasper County, Indiana, will be let to the lowest oral bidder on the 9th day of June, 1908, at 2 o’clock p. m., at the office of the Surveyor of said county in the court house at Rensselaer, Indiana. Each bidder will be required to file a bond or deposit a certificate check in the sum of $200.00 that be will enter into a contract with the Superintendent of said ditch if awarded the contract for the construction of the same. The successful bidder will be required to file a bond for twice the amount of his bid, conditioned that he will construct said ditch according to the plans and specifications now on file in the Auditor's office of ■aid county.
