NOTICE OF DITCH LETTING. Notice Is hereby given that a certain ditch known as the Everett Halstead ditch, cause No. 6149, of the Commissioners’ Court of Jasper County, Indiana, will be let to the lowest oral bidder on the 4th day of June, 1908, at 2 o’clock p. m., at the office of the Surveyor of said county in the court house at Rensselaer, Indiana. Each bidder will be required to file a bond or deposit a certificate check In the sum of $200.00 that he will enter into a contract with the Superintendent of said ditch if awarded the contract for the construction of the same. The successful bidder will be required to file a bond for twice the amount of his bid, conditioned that he will construct said ditch according to the plans and specifications now on file In the Auditor’s office of said county.
