Hartsell. and to his heirs,executors administrators and assigns, that the undersigned have filed in the office of the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, a petition, asking for the drainage of the following described real estate in said cqjinty and state, towit: The northeast quarter of section thirty-six (36), township twenty-nine (29) north, range seven (7) west. It is believed that said drainage can be best and most cheaply accomplished by a ditch and drain beginning at a point about sixty (60) rods south of the northwest corner of section thirty-one (31), township twenty-nine (2ft) north, range six (6) west, in Jasper county, Indiana, on the east side of a public highway, running north and south, and running thence west, a distance of about one and one-fourtb (1(4) miles, and along the line of an existing private drain, to the Iroquois river, where the same will have a good and sufficient outlet. c You and each of you are further notified that your lands are described in said petition as being benefited by said proposed drainage, and that said petition will be docketed for hearing in the commissioners’ court in the 'court house In Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, on the 7th day of July A.
