McLaughlin, and he says that 801010 Is a bad man, and that he forged signature endorsements to two checks which a confederate had stolen from a mall sack. 801010 refused to return to Illinois without a requisition and Sheriff O’Connor did not feel justified In placing him In jail here until a fugitive warrant was sworn .out. This was done and the prisoner being unable to furnish ball was incarcerated and will be held until authority Is received from the governor of Illinois to have him returned.
