Dr. E. N. Loy, a graduate of thw Chicago College of Homeopathy, arrived tn Rensselaer today (Friday),, having previously been here to investigate the field. He has rent*® the offices formerly occupied by Dr. W. W. Hartsell, and has purchasedi all the office fixtures and a recor® of all the cases that Dr. Hartsell ha* been treating for the past 16 yeanu thus giving him a record of all thecases and putting him in a position to continue any treatment Dr. Hartsell might have begun. Dr. Loy is a man about 35 years of age and has the appearance and bearing of a highly qualified professional man. He has prior to his recent removal to Gary been successfully engaged in practice at Piqua,* Ohio, but left that city to come to Gary tn order to be near Chicago, where he Is an Insrtuctor and assistant professor in the eye department of the Hahnemann homeopathic school for medicine. His family will remove here front Piqua, Ohio, as noon as he can arrange for a suitable house.
