Dog Heaven for Stray Dogs.

Word has gone forth from the medical authorities: “War on the stray dog.” The muzzle and the shot gun are likely to be called into general use in the dog world this season. It is declared by state health officers that the conditions are not at all pleasing so far as danger from mad dogs Is concerned. It is predicted that there will be a heavy loss of life and money before hydrophobia among the dogs of the state la stamped out. The last year has seen many deaths due to rabbles, resulting from dog bites, and much live stock has been lost In the same way.
