% Best wishes to our teacher, Robert McDonald. Miss Iva Stone, of Monon, Bpent Sunday at Mr. Montz’s. School closes today with a big dinner and interesting program in view. Mr. and Mrs. James Lefler spent Sunday with C. A. Lefler and family. Rev. Simonson took supper with Roy Bussell and wife Sunday evening. Laura Phillips took dinner with the Misses Mary and Grace Peregrine Sunday. Miss Lural Anderson went to Lee last Friday night. Her school will be out Saturday. Alfred McCoy, of Laura, spent a few’"days last week with his brother Reed and friends. Mr. Meadows and family, of Monon, returned home Tuesday evening after a two days’ visit with R. V. Johns and family. Roy Montz spent Sunday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Montz. Roy will be one of the Monon high school graduates this spring. Mrs. Chas. Pullins and children, of near Rensselaer, returned home Sunday, after a few days’ visit with her brother, Chas. Siadla and family. Aunt Mary Ann Robinson went to Pleasant Grove Wednesday, after visiting several days'* with her daughter, Mrs. J. R. Phillips, while her son Dan moved his family from Culver to Pleasant Grove.
