PLANNING FOR COMMENCEMENT

Junior Reception to Be Nay 20, Commencement Nay 21, and Alnmni Banquet Nay 22. The season of the “sweet girl, graduate” again approaches. And along with it comes a busy social season, and the preparations for the events surrounding commencement are being made. The Junior reception will take place at the armory on Wednesday evening, May 20, and in the neighborhood of 100 invitations will be sent out to this, which is the first of the events and is attended mainly by the younger set l C

The commencement will be held on Thursday evening, May 21st, but it has not yet been decided where it will be held. The Alumni banquet will be held on Friday evening, May 22d, also at the armory, and the graduates of former years are making extensivee preparations for the event, and the following committees have been appointed: Decorating committee— Beatrice Yates, Georgia Harris, Earl Brunner, Nellie Drake, Elmer Wilcox, Frank Hardman, Lizzie Riddle, Edith Adams and Moses Leopold. Finance— L. H. Hamilton, Alice Bates, Minnie Hemphill, Blanche McCarthy, Pearl Comer, S. C. Irwin, Bessie (Hardy) Parkison, C. C. Warner, and Bessie King. General Arrangements— Superintendent I. N. Warren, Maud Daugherty and Hazel Warner. Music— - C. C. Warner and Carl Duvall. Refreshments—
