Prohibition Convention.

The Jasper Co. Prohibition Convention will be held at Rensselaer, In Court House, Thursday, April 23, beginning at 10:30 a m., for the purpose of nominating a county ticket, and electing delegates to thfc state convention May 19 and 20. Michael J. Fanning, the great Irish orator of the east, will be present and address the convention. He has few equals and certainly no superiors on the platform; Is a typical Irish man as witty as he is eloquent, and is known as the “Prohibition Cyclone." No one can afford to miss hearing this great man. He hgs been engaged by the State Committee for a limited time only. Mr. Fanning will also speak at night
