The Girls’ Literary Club gave a reception to their parents, teachers and some of their friends Friday night at the, library auditorium a,nd very nice program was carried out including the following: Piano solo, Edna Hauter. Synopsis of Midsummer Night’s Dream, Marceline Roberts. Vocal solo, Georgia Harris. Recitation, Nellie Drake. Paper, "One Year’s Experience as a School Teacher," Edith Adams. Piano Solo, Lola Thompson. Dialogue, "Not a Man in the House” Madie Drake, Helen Murray, Grace ROblnson, Blanche Babcock, Myrtle York. Refreshment* were Served and a pleasant evening was spent by all.
