Will Be Tried for Murder.

Frank Webb and John Smith, the men sent to the penitentiary from Monticello last fall for breaking into the Marsh store at Burnettsville, were brought to Winamac last week and arraigned on the charge of being accessory to the murder of Sheriff Oglesby of Pulaski county. They will be taken to Knox, in Starke county, for trial.—Monticello Democrat.
