Ex-Congressman Dying.

Ex-Congressman Mark L. DeMotte, of Valparaiso, is dying at Corpus Cristl, Texas, where he went for his health. The older politicians will remember the political fight made in the Republican ranks in White and other counties years ago in which DeMotte was defeated in a strong Republican district over the spoils of office.—Monticello Democrat
