The Loganspcrt Pharos says: “Receiver Elliott of the Fowler bank was today notified by his attorney Albert G. Jenkines that another dividend of 10 per cent has been ordered for depostors of the Citiens Bank ~of Fowler, and the men will commence work Immediately to get out vouchers and the checks on which the money will be paid. The affairs of the Baldwin £ Dague banks are progressing nicely and those in charge predict an early closing up of the receivership.
