Will Protect the Fish.

When Deputy Game and Fish Warden Earle was In Rensselaer some weeks ago he made It clear to Deputy Christie Vick that he must prosecute all violators of the fishing and game laws. The high waters now are certain to bring a great quantity of fish up the river and the deep waters where tbe Btream has been dredged should make a home for the fish all summer, and It the game laws are obeyed there should be lots of sport .for the plscatorlally Inclined if the rod and line only are used. In past years man; persons have been In the habit of hunting with lantern and Bpear. This will not be tolerated and persons who do It or who are found with either spear or seine In their possession will be prosecuted. It Is hoped that this notice will suffice to prevent violations, but Deputy Vick says he will prosecute any person who is guilty to tbe full exteht of the law.
