Parker Appraisement.

Trustee W. H. Cheadle has not yet listed each item of assets of the Parker bankrupt estate, in fact he is daily receiving notes or stocks of which he had no record, which were held by preferred creditors who have concluded to turn them backet the trustee bather than stand suit In the Federal Court for their recovery, so that it is simply impossible at this time to give anything more than approximate figures as to the total amount of assets. The following are the various items of assets now listed the valuation being 'the estimate placed on them by the appraisers: Bank building and lot,. $4000.00 Parker' residence 5000.00 160 acres near Lawton, Okla 3250.00 2000 a. near Waldenburg, Ark. 6000.00 80 a Jefferson Co., 111., (morgaged for $1000) 1550.00 70 a Fountain Park land (mortgaged fev $5000) 1000.00 80 a Shide farm (mortgaged * for $3000) 500.00 240 a In Wisconsin 950.00 Other Remington lots 830.00 Residence property at Gas City 1600.00 15 lots In Denver, Colo 1005.00 Total real estate $25685.00 Cash and cash items $ 586.68 Bills receivable 8646.08 Town of Remington bonds,. 364.66 Personal property, exempted— 455.00 Personal property above exemption 290.00 Bank fixtures 2646.76 Notes and stocks, recovered by Trustee from preferred creditors 6589.00

Total 15261.97 Aside from the above Items there yet remains tbe nine-tenths Interest In the Kouts bonk that should net something near $9,000, notes and securities hold by outside banks, over and above their claims, notes and stocks held by preferred creditors, notes of Insolvent parties not considered of any value, on which something may be realized. Probably a conservative estimate %n the total assets that can be realized on is $50,000, a shrinkage of $150,000 from Mr. Parker’s estimate at the time of the closing of the bank.—Remington Press
