Cmrt Grants Wife ts Hail Clerk That Much for Maintainanct The ease of Mrs. Erastus Peacock against her husband, the mall clerk, for separate maintenance, was called by Judge Hanley this Tuesday morning, and it was shown that the plaintiff was wholly without means and that the defendant was making a good salary as a mail clerk as well as drawing a pension, and having an income of about sl3l a month. Judge Hanley grantde the plaintiff $7 a week, and Mr. Peacock will be required to pay this amount for an indefinite period. Mrs. Peacock makes her home with Mr. and Mrs. Harry B. Murray.
