Oliver Sale Postpoaed. Ed Oliver has decided to postpone his big sale that was billed to take place at his farm, near Newland, on Friday, Feb. 21st, and will announce the new date as soon as he can arrange for it. The postponment is caused by the almost impassable condition of the roads, and as he has a mammoth lot of stock he could not expect to draw the crowd during the continuance of this weather that he had reason to expect and would have to have to dispose of all the stock he has accumulated. He will have 50 horses and mules for sale when the sale takes place and he wants to find a time when the roads are good and thus make it possible for every person in Jasper county to be on hand. When the sale takes place it will be advertised in several of he neighboring papers as well as in the Republican. If you are going west we havq a full Tine of trunks, suit cases andT traveling bags and can give you low prices. DUVALL & LUNDY.
