Change in Blacksmithing Firm.

Fred Hemphill has purchased the interest of his brother, Jim, in the blacksmithing business they have jointly conducted for several years, and will hereafter run the business by himself. The reason for the change Is the quite serious condition of Jim’s health, he having suffered greatly from stomach and heart trouble within the past few months and declined so rapidly as to make it impossible for him to work at the trade. Both boys are great hustlers, and extremely competent mechanics, and have been engaged in business together since they were boys. Jim has no de'fnitfc plans, more than to rest up and try to regain his health, and Fred will secure help in the shop and continue the business.
