Delay in the Peacock Case.

There is some delay in the suit of Mrs. Florence L. Peacocok vs. Erastus Peacock, for separate* maintenance, and the defendant has filed a demurrer that will probably be ruled upon by Judge Hanley without delay, but it will have the effect of throwing the trial aver to the next term of the circuit court. It is probable the attorneys of Mrs. Peacbck will ask for an allowance pending the settlement of the case in the courts.
